+ Complete all workbooks and trainings
+ Journal on the following:
What in your life/which of your desires do you feel like you don’t deserve?
Which parts of your business aren’t working because you don’t feel worthy? (use your intuition!)
If you don’t feel worthy, how will your clients/customers believe you are worthy?
How could you love/nurture yourself 10% more?
+ Incorporate the self-love rituals and EFT-tapping into your daily practice for at least a week. What comes up or changes in your life?
+ Try to replace non-supportive thoughts with some of the worthiness mantras
+ Start asking yourself, “what is the most loving thing I can do right now?” Use this both when you are being too hard on yourself and too easy. Ex. If you’ve been working too hard, the most loving thing might be getting to sleep early and saving more work for next week. On the flip side, if you’ve been avoiding doing something out of fear, it’s time to show yourself love and finally do it!
