During my morning practice today I had the realization that we often over-complicate things SO much when it comes to our businesses.
Sometimes, trying to learn the best strategy to move forward is more overwhelming than it is helpful. We get so caught up with "doing more" that we end up feeling bad about ourselves and doing nothing (not to mention, we've drained all our energy researching what the hell we're supposed to be doing and are too tired to apply any of it).
I realized that there are really only TWO things we have to do to see success in our business and start moving forward - seriously!
