In this episode, I interview sexuality expert, Asti Maree, who shares her compelling story of growing up not believing she was worthy of love, finding herself in an abusive relationship, and eventually becoming a stripper to where she’s at today - living her dream life, in a loving relationship, supporting women to heal their relationship with their bodies and their sexuality, running a 6-figure business, and, most recently, the author of her first book, Pleasure Codes.
My intention for bringing this topic onto the show is for us to confront the shadow aspects of our sexuality, heal ourselves from them, and return to our wholeness as sexual, spiritual, and worthy beings.
